The Marilyn Boutique team thanks you for your purchase. However, because we want you to always be satisfied with your purchases from our online store, we are here to serve you, either because you request a product change, or because you received a defective product, or because you are not satisfied with your purchase and want a refund.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Changes are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date of your order and only by sending proof of purchase. After the end of fourteen (14) changes are not accepted.
- Products with a discount of -50% or more cannot be changed or returned.
- Discounted products change with all products.
- Refunds are made on all products EXCEPT discounted products of -50% AND ABOVE and ONLY by sending us the purchase receipt.
- The product must be returned intact (labels not removed, not worn, used or washed), without any damage or defect (unwanted odors that may be present in the returned product can also be considered a defect) . In these cases, the product cannot be accepted and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
- The product return is processed ONLY through the shipping company that shipped your order, ie ELTA Courier or Speedex (only valid for Greece).
- In case of a second (2nd) change, shipping and cash on delivery costs (if any) are charged to you. This also applies to VIP customers. Refund in this case is not accepted.
- The first decision about how your product change will be handled does not change (for example, if you decide to change a product you cannot change it later and ask for a refund).
- A discount coupon cannot be used on an order that you have changed.
- No credit balance can be deducted from an order where you have used a discount coupon
SIZE CHANGE PROCEDURE
- The cost of size change of the same product is FREE (applies to your 1st change).
- Change is done hand to hand. Courier brings you the new package and you give him the old one.
- In case the size you request is not available in our store, you can request a change to a plan for the SAME price, where the cost of change is FREE.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE WITH A DIFFERENT PRODUCT
- In the case of changes with a different product, only the shipping costs are charged and the price of the product you are returning is deducted. That is, if you live in Greece and choose the payment method bank deposit and you want to return a blouse that costs €18.00 and exchange it for a pair of pants worth €35.00, the payment amount will be €20.00 (€17.00 change amount + €3.00 shipping costs).
- Change is done hand to hand. The courier brings you the new package and you give him the old one.
AMOUNT CREDIT PROCEDURE
- In case you do not want to buy a product within fourteen (14) days in order to proceed with the change process, you are given the opportunity to return the product in perfect condition only to the company that received your package (ELTA Courier or Speedex), our charge. After we receive your return and the necessary control is done on the returned product, our system is informed of your credit balance equal to the value of the returned product. You can use the credit amount without any time limit for your next purchase!
REFUND PROCEDURE
-In case of a refund, you must return the package with the products and the receipt to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. After this, no refunds can be made.
-The return cost is 5.00 euros and is deducted from the amount that will be returned to you (it refers to the net value of the products).
-The money is returned to your account once the necessary quality control of the goods has been done. Refunds are made within 1-7 days.
-The receipt should also be returned to the parcel.
- Please note that the charge is for the recipient.
-There is no refund on products -50% or more.
- In a refund for an order containing a coupon, the coupon is not counted when the deductible value of the returned products reduces the amount below the terms of use of the coupon.
Change or return to the earrings is not possible for hygiene reasons.
All orders leave us well cared for & after thorough inspection.
In case of our error in the number or the product or in the condition of the product (defective) the costs are borne by our store. And in this case contact us!
Changes and returns in Cyprus and abroad are charged to the customer.
