DELIVERY REFUSAL - ORDER CANCELLATION

If you place an order, your order it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it (with no fault of our company), you are charged with the return shipping costs which are €5. In this case and if you wish to place a new order in our store, you will have to pay the entire amount of the new order including the €5 from the undelivered parcel by bank deposit. Cash on delivery  (available only in Greece) will not be available as a payment method.

In the case of delivery refusal or unwillingness to receive your order, the company reserves the right to appeal to justice in order to claim expenses that may have occurred as a result of the customer's electronic or phone order.

The company reserves the right not to fulfill a customer's order having a history of repeated refusals of receipt, cancellations and/or returns.

It is possible to cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to info@marilynboutique.gr or by calling +30 22510 24107 Monday-Saturday 9.00-16.00 within 2 hours after the placing of the order. In case the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, you will be charged with the shipping cost of the return, which is €5.
